HELP SETTING UP & CLEARING AWAY

If you are able to help set up the Fête on the evening of Thursday 13 June or on the morning of Saturday 15 itself then let Hilary Hart know or sign up at the back of church. We also need help clearing away straight after the event so please do also come forward if you are able to help with this.

DONATIONS

Please either bring donations to church on Sunday or leave them in the office during the week.

We also need all sorts of good quality items to sell - so please have a summer sort out and bring in what you can. We are particularly looking for:

Plants (rhubarb and runner beans are always popular too)
Toiletries
CDs
DVDs
Books
Toys
Children’s Books
Things that would make good raffle prizes
Bottles
Old crockery (to smash!)

HEALING TENT

We will be having a Healing Tent at the Fête where people can go and receive prayer. If you would like to be part of the team manning this ‘stall’, then please speak to Cara Lovell who will prepare you.
