In his Easter Day sermon, Ben concludes the series where we have been looking at the Gospel of Mark. We see that the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ changes everything.

Walking in the way of the cross is the way that we know God’s power.

When we show generosity we cease to be owned by our possessions. When we give our hearts are free and unburdened and open to trust Jesus Christ our Lord.

Sin is not simply doing ‘something bad’. Sin is anything and everything that causes us to be separated from God.

At the start of Lent, Ben asks us to review and renew our focus on Jesus.

Faith is a gift from God. We pray that we are ready to receive it.

Where is Jesus in your storm? Invite him to be with you; his power is greater than any storm you may encounter.

Ben continues to explore the Gospel According to Mark. In this passage we begin to see glimpses of resurrection life.

Power is the ability to do something - authority is the right to so something. What we have in Jesus is the ultimate power and the ultimate authority.

In his Christmas Day address, Ben reflects on the disappointments and changed plans of 2020 and draws parallels with the nativity story. In many ways, the birth of Jesus was unexpected and disruptive.
