Nehemiah has finished building the wall and calls everyone to gather together. It is good that we can also once again gather. We are made to gather and it hurts when we cannot.

Nehemiah knows who he is in God. Nothing can distract him from this.

What is your role in the Kingdom of God? Is your role defined by what others are doing and saying or is it defined by what God is doing through you?

Is prayer your first response or do you try to solve things yourself? Nehemiah’s first response to any challenge is to pray.
